Me & my mates , we landed at the coolest joint for the students in the campus of the IIT Kharagpur (Tikka)

  ( नाम से ही मु में पानी आ जाती हे ). After having a bite & praising  at the ambiance I finally decided  to get back to the dorm & open up the bot case , so that I can  have a look  that whether it had survived the rage I made it pass through during the journey . Good news is : It's completely okay except a single propeller was broken .. (Oh! Before i move further i should mention that I actually participated in the RAFT robotix event there) . And after fixing those small silly fixtures  , i decided to pull it down in water for a test drive .... OMG & then only A fellow with burnt shaved look & freezy hairs came in & announced That the practice runs are shortly going to start from 7:30 P.M.  listening to that We rushed towards the VIKRAM SHILA.( http://maps.google.co.in/maps/ms?msid=204233578109513037976.0004a8b8d1dc668d6760c&msa=0&ll=22.316575,87.311407&spn=0.001295,0.002642) (THE PLACE AROUND WHICH  PRACTICE RUNS WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE PLACE).We took a rickshaw & rushed to the place as early as possible for us to acquire an early position.  One thing that i noticed at my second visit to The IIT Kharagpur  campus is that the campus is so vast that the students have no other choice but to get a cycle for them :) 

   

 We got our passes that day. The management that day was really awesome . we got our basic amenities with newspapers & pre-designed certificates & identity cards . 

While entering that zone behind VIKRAM shila , I followed the ongoing construction of Stalls for DRDO, BOSCH, Innovation center, fooding stall . etc etc ...

  

The management stall was really designed as the camber of the queen bee surrounded by complexes of the worker bees(Camps & stalls & recreation spots).

 

While we reached Kharagpur early morning that day & struggled our way to the VikramShila , there were hardly few people waiting in the Que & as the raised over our head , I saw buses coming in & Dropping bunch of students & guess what / within that evening the garden of VIKRAM SHILA turned into sitting spots & trash ground...

 

Well coming over to our practice session , We waited to get our turn.. Mean while i took a snap out keeping  one of my mate stand by to keep us updated . I went to the other corner . The hovercraft's practice session was also going on parallelly , On the playground - "Laws of Motion's " practice was going on (glider design challenge sponsored by "BOEING") ... 

                                                                                             

 

After 

all my pee pings were over I came back to my site (Where the practice for RAFT was going on ) & took my position .. Our first attempt was not that satisfactory .. So we wanted to correct some flaws.. The controller of the event showed us the underground basement where we were (just like others) were given space to work ... the arrangement & the Expressions of the participants were clearly conveying one simple thought "We are not going to sleep tonight"... We ll set down ... did our works ... It was 2 when we went for our last attempt ... Altogether - satisfactory ... Then again some few more works (little tiny odds & ends) were left that I had to finish... Till than my mates were asleep(All of them returned to the dorm, only shayanta was waiting for me at the upstairs , at the auditorium hall ,. That also Stretching his legs & closing his eyes )... i FINISHED everything & it was 4 AM. I went upstairs to call shayantan .. But looking at him I also closed my eyes .. Suddenly My phone rang (It was Shayan).. Damn it was only 5:30 & I strolled through the foggy deserted roads OF IIT KGP for the hostel dorm all wrapped in My Chaddar..
